Our cancellation policy

Cancellation of the course by Come to Speak Institut

Come to Speak Institut reserves the right to cancel or change the courses any time due to lack of participation, classroom, equipment or teacher availability. In this case no fees will be charged.

 Client or student cancellation

1. The cancellation must be submitted to Come to Speak Institut by filling out the cancellation form.
2. If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the start of your course you will receive the full refund deducting 50 € for the bank and administration fees.
3. If you cancel your registration less than 14 days before the start of your course you will not get any refund.
4. If you have to cancel your registration due to visa refusal, you will receive the full refund deducting 100 € for the bank and administration fees. The visa refusal letter must be provided.

Visa application

In order to get a confirmation letter for your booking, which is required for applying a German visa, you will need to pay the fee of 2 intensive courses (4 months of course lessons). We will directly provide you with this letter after receiving the payment in our bank account, however, be sure to ask your bank regarding the duration of the transfer so that we are able to  send you the confirmation letter in time.
